As a Guest Relations Representative, you'll be the wave-riding ambassador of good vibes, ensuring everyone has a tubular time while they're here. Here's the lowdown on what you'll be doing:

Job Summary:

As a Guest Relations Representative at Play Oasis, you'll be the beach-loving, sun-soaked face of our killer indoor playground. Your main mission is to spread aloha spirit, make sure every guest catches the good times, and leave with a big smile on their face. You'll be shredding customer service waves and providing a totally rad experience to all our visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Gnarly Greetings: Greet our guests with a mega-watt smile and an enthusiastic "Howdy!" as they ride the wave into Play Oasis. Create a stoked first impression and make them feel right at home in our chill paradise.

  2. Surf's Up Check-In: Help our guests with the check-in process, explaining all the righteous activities and services we offer. Share the inside scoop on our epic playground zones and special events.

  3. Hang Ten Assistance: Be the go-to person for guests' questions, concerns, and special requests. If there's a wipeout, you'll be there to ride to the rescue and ensure a smooth ride back to the fun.

  4. Surf Spot Savvy: Stay in the know about all the happenings at Play Oasis and the surrounding surf scene. Share tips and recommendations with guests about the best places to ride the waves and soak up the sun.

  5. Tidal Wave of Fun: Help organize and promote bodacious events, parties, and contests at Play Oasis. Encourage guests to join the fun and ensure they have a blast.

  6. Wave-riding Safety: Make sure guests are keeping it chill and following safety guidelines while they're catching the flow. Keep an eye on the action to prevent any wipeouts and ensure everyone's having a safe blast.

  7. Catching Feedback Barrels: Seek out guest feedback like a pro surfer hunts for the perfect wave. Listen to their suggestions, praise, and concerns and share it with our team to keep our flow groovy.

  8. Riptide Reservations: Assist guests with reservations and bookings, making sure everything is as smooth as a wave breaking on the shore.

  9. Wave-riding VIPs: Treat our VIP guests like royalty, offering the royal treatment and extra-special care for their time with us.


  • A total surfer spirit and a passion for sharing that stoke with others.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to make even the shyest guest feel welcomed.

  • Previous experience in a customer service or guest relations role is a big plus, but we're willing to ride the wave with you if you've got the right attitude.

  • Knowledge of the local surf scene and the happening spots is a major bonus.

  • Flexibility to ride the tide and work during peak hours, weekends, and holidays.
